Working Environment and Culture Analyst

The Project Delivery and Change Directorate (PD&C) oversees DIT’s major change portfolio, ensuring it is aligned and set up to deliver against our strategic priorities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most topical and complex corporate challenges facing the public sector using a range of data sources, statistics, business intelligence and analysis. You will work with Project and Change Managers to track benefits realisation and develop new ways of understanding, interpreting and presenting the impact and effectiveness of our programmes.

About you:

We are looking for dynamic and energised applicants with excellent analytical skills who are comfortable delivering a diverse programme of work at pace and to a high standard. They will need to work effectively across teams and be comfortable engaging and where appropriate challenging others in a constructive, evidence-based dialogue.

You will have

* Experience and ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative datasets.

* Experience and ability to draft high quality reports and present complex information to senior decision makers.
