An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client (a leading, global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Lipton, Persil & Vaseline!) are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Executive (Homecare) based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 Months (Maternity Cover), ideally to start beginning of Aug 2020 working a 36.25-hour week, paying between £32,400 – £40,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Primary Purpose of Role:

Support the CCD Manager in the delivery and execution of the Channel and Category plans to enable delivery of commercial targets across the Customer base.
Provide analytical data inputs to inform short and medium-term decision making.
Through sharp and considered analysis provide commercial input for the CCD Manager.
Primary communication point for the NAM community for operational issues and customer opportunities.Key Deliverables:

Provide Customer/Channel feedback [ability to execute to strategy, fit with retailer agenda/strategy] via feedback to Divisional Brand Teams.
Weekly Performance Management input to CCD Managers to advise risks and opps for gap close.
Monthly performance summaries and customer commentaries for the S&OP Board.
Input to the Brand teams on trade sell in decks to give early customer feedback.Provide input to:

Trade and Sell in decks for key branded initiatives and new launches
Category Management Teams on category strategy and external implementation.

Key Performance Metrics:

Speed and responsiveness of sharing quality data to decode performance issues. Track Trade Spend [investment management in line with strategy]
Track Distribution on key launches.Standards of Leadership:

Key Skills Required:

Data analysis.
High Level of Presentation and MS Excel skills.

Ideally 3-4 years category experience within industry
