The Office Support Division of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number long term temporary Administrators who is happy to pick up the phone based in Nottingham City Centre.

As this is a Temporary position ideally you will be Immediately Available but the position may also go permanent.

The client offers open plan, modern offices

Responsibilities:
– Having experience dealing with members of the public over the phone
– Being able to be empathetic and supportive in different situations
– Be able to problem solve while on the phone
– Updating internal databases
– Producing reports
– Ensuring all reports have the correct customer information on
– Booking appointments with internal advisors
– Collecting all necessary personal information from customers

Salary: £8.72ph

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm – Office based

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working in administration and happy to work as part of a team but also independently
