We’re working with a leading global agency to help them appoint a Strategy Partner to the business.

They’re looking for a partner level Strategy Director to lead and define strategy for one of the agency’s flagship clients in the global FMCG space.

Work will be across brand communications, content and social planning.

The client portfolio is split between London, Dusseldorf and New York and the successful candidate will work as the European and UK strategy lead for the portfolio working with local and global teams to deliver creative, effective and award-winning work.

You will be creating, leading and delivering strategy across 27 markets working with the different agency teams – media, social, brand, both inside and outside the agency network.

As well has having full ownership for the strategy across this FMCG client, the new Strategy Partner will also oversee Social Strategy Leads and consult on social strategy across the business. Clients include consumer beauty and Telco amongst others.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading, building and developing a diverse and inclusive strategy team.
