Our prestigious client based in West Reading are currently recruiting for an organised, diligent and articulate Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company.

Duties will include:

Answering clients telephone and email enquiries

Taking and processing order & quotation requests

Offering follow ups to enquiries, quotes, samples, catalogues and orders

Raising or revising quotations; raising invoices and entering orders

Updating the internal CRM system with business-critical information

Assisting with appointments and trade shows

Co-ordinating all aspects of the delivery and post sales process (including shipping logistics)

Liaising with sales agents

Skills required:

Previous experience of working in a busy and demanding Sales Administration role is essential

Organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident with a proactive approach

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Excellent telephone manner

Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate MS office skills

Previous experience of Sage Accounting would be advantageous but not essential

A full training programme will be provided
