Due to expansion within our facilities management department we are currently looking for a recruitment assistant to join our team by supporting the day to day administration duties and on boarding processes for candidates.
What we’re looking for;
Professional and effective customer focused service
Ability to administer processes across the team, maintaining efficient systems and processes accurately.
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised personnel with the ability to work at pace.
Ability to work with a full range of external and internal stakeholders including payroll, administration team, other departments within the business and third-party suppliers.
Experience working within a recruitment or facilities management environment
A team player with drive to succeed and progress
