We are urgently recruiting for a Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator for our client based in Blackpool.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. The role of the Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator will be to provide high quality professional and comprehensive administrative support to the corporate services division and the quality, risk and compliance department in particular, to ensure the smooth running of all related services.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient day-to-day administration service, including co-ordinating and minuting meetings, composing and issuing various communications, including emails and letters and other general admin duties; and will therefore have excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with the ability to multi-task. In addition, the post holder will support the monitoring of quality, risk and compliance systems and the system administration and management of the various related database and software application. The post holder must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams and will possess the ability to learn bespoke and specialist systems quickly.
Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years Admin experience and experience within compliance would be preferred though not essential.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and paying £10.43 per hour.
