“Sky Ad Tech are looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering technology projects to help us deliver the ambitious roadmap of change for the Sky Media business”- Programme Manager

The Project manager will work for Sky’s advertising technology team, they will be responsible for ensuring effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, and have a key focus on delivering innovative solutions and providing technical and business consultancy. Advertising Technology also works alongside the broader Technology organisation to ensure that end-to-end solutions and architecture meet the business’s overall needs and are secure, scalable and resilient, and fit for use across the Sky Group

What you’ll do:

– To manage the delivery of the technology projects, working closely with the analysis team and co-ordinating input from all relevant business areas – To ensure an appropriately detailed project plan is developed and managed throughout the life-cycle of the project, identifying Business Objectives and Scope, Governance, Risk / Issue control, Schedule including resourcing, milestones and deliverables, Change control as well as effective Sponsor and Stakeholder management – To establish appropriate resource allocations to ensure the most efficient delivery of the project scope – Publication, maintenance and control of the project budget – To manage the working relationship with 3rd party providers and internal teams that may be required to deliver a project – To maintain consistent and well-documented detail on Project Progress and actuals vs accurate forecasts – Working with support teams to ensure operational handover of delivered systems is complete and comprehensive – To maintain formal summary reporting, managing risks to ensure plans are kept in line with base-line expectations and agreed on tolerances – To identify, specify and implement enhancements to existing services and processes on an ongoing basis in order to continually improve service levels.

What you’ll bring:

– You are a self-starter, able to manage multiple projects for key Ad Tech systems. We’re looking for a candidate with strong PM skills and an ability to work in a collaborative, positive style. – Must be confident with managing and communicating with key business, technical and 3rd party stakeholders. – Knowledge and experience of a range of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, DevOps) are highly desirable.
