A fantastic opportunity for a Senior PR Account Manager is now available within a dynamic integrated agency in Norwich.

Reporting into the Head of PR and Communications, you will be a keen, confident and experienced PR professional looking for your next exciting career move.
You will be a proactive planner, with a penchant for creative ideas and a determination to deliver great work for a range of agency clients.

Responsibilities to include:
•Working effectively with agency colleagues
•Maintaining positive day to day relationships with clients
•Delivering effective PR and digital marketing services to clients
•Ensuring client projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
•Timely and robust measurement and reporting
•Identifying upsell opportunities related to existing clients
•Contributing to new business pitches and proposals
•Supporting the agency’s own marketing / communications activity
•Commitment to the agency’s values and growth mindset

Skills and experience
•Account handling / managing relationships / excellent communication skills
•Planning, prioritising, project management and managing personal workload
•PR – at least three years’ B2B / B2C experience – preferably agency side although in-house would be considered
•Strong copywriting skills and Media relations including press release writing and liaison with journalists
•Blogger & influencer relations, including campaign management
•Content creation
•Confident using multiple social media channels, including publishing and scheduling of posts
•Working knowledge of paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and Paid Social

•Personable / friendly demeanour with a can-do, client-first attitude
•A true team player who communicates well and collaborates with others
•Agile and willing to be flexible to suit client /agency needs
•Organised and able to work to deadlines
•Creative spark and willingness to share ideas
•Drive to constantly learn and develop personal skillsets across digital marketing
