Motor Fleet Claims Executive
Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 – DOE
Our client is a large and exciting insurance brokerage with a personal touch and family feel and they are looking for a Motor Claims Executive to join their close-knit team.
They have done well in recent years showing consistent growth both organically and through acquisition.
This is an exciting position where by you would assume control and manage a book of commercial fleet claims. Working in an insurance broker means that client management skills and ability to organise a busy caseload are paramount.
The day to day responsibilities will include managing an allocation of motor fleet claims from notification to settlement. Dealing with queries from clients and insurers, providing accurate technical advice on policy coverage and explain the correct claims process depending upon the insurer involved.
This role will have a focus on delivering a caring, personal, meticulous and professional service to clients ensuring that they are retained and developing and maintaining good relations with with all parties including clients and insurers
The Required Skills:
Previous experience within a insurance-based claims role is essential, Motor fleet is preferable
Confident telephone manner and ability to work with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal, communication and IT skills
Understanding of policy wordings
