We are looking for an experienced commercially minded HR Business Partner, who will provide a proactive HR service in Norfolk & beyond to our teams across a range of departments. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about HR and keen to make a difference.

The successful candidate will have worked in a busy HR department, dealing with the full spectrum of HR topics including restructures, change management,?recruitment,?disciplinary issues and taking the lead on projects.

You will easily build rapport and credibility with managers to advise on current employment legislation. Furthermore, you will be comfortable coaching managers on all aspects of HR ensuring all HR practices, policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently and equitably across the business.

An important element will be working closely with our recruitment team to manage new vacancies and interview with line managers guiding them and bringing great judgement to who the best recruits are for their team(s).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and success in all of the above HR duties and would ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent. The need to have a driving licence is essential as although based predominantly in Norwich you will have need and opportunity to visit our other offices.
