Job Title: Holiday Home Sales Advisor
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Basic: £20,000+ OTE: Bonus 3% GP per sale.
Hours: 40 hours. As per business needs.
Duration: Permanent.

Working across two lovely parks within the group which are in very close proximity to each other, this position will see you maximising sales of holiday homes, lodges and caravans and creating lasting memories for holiday makers to return time and time again.
The ideal candidate for this would be someone with a proven holiday home sales background, however someone with estate agency and property sales experience would also be strongly desirable.
You will be expected to:
·Ensure overall profits, success and smooth running of the Holiday Home Sales process and maximise sales throughout the year
·Maintain high standards of customer service and team member effectiveness
·Show potential clients around the holiday homes, caravans and lodges
·Adhere to and promoting the Company values along with Company best practice and legal compliance
·Develop and maintain relationships with owners, holidaymakers, internal and external customers.
·Gain feedback from both owners and holidaymakers on the services and facilities provided on park
·Resolving customer queries by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customers’ shoes.
·Deal effectively and efficiently with customer concerns and compliments following the company guidelines.
·Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation.
·Monitor and assist to resolve any after sales complaints, should they arise, to ensure customer satisfaction.
·Be comfortable and pro-active working across two parks.
