We are looking for a hands-on and proactive digital marketing analyst to support our digital team.

Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analysing data and reporting online performance.

Day to day you will be providing the web and app teams with key data and insight required for them to improve their channel performances. You will also be leading the NPS programme, where you will look to provide commentary and insight in order explain the scores.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch digital analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

Digital Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analysing customer, marketing, and web behavioural data.

  • Analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign and web performance.

  • Leading, reporting and providing commentary on our NPS programme

  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.

  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.

  • Monitoring and analysing digital media and marketing trends.

  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.

Digital Analyst Requirements:

  • Knowledge and skilled with Google Analytics and GTM

  • Setting up GA reports, segments, dashboards and tracking

  • Familiar with or willing to learn Firebase, Tableau, Power BI
