Customer Service Advisor

Salary: up to £18,137.60 per annum

Shifts: 40 hours per week. Full flexibility between 9am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday

Training Duration: 3 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Currently working in a customer focused role in contact centre or another customer facing environment? Our client are keen to speak with customer service professionals looking for a new challenge. This is exciting opportunity to be involved in the setup of a new customer service delivery function for a household name brand.

As a Customer Service Advisor, customers will call you, looking for support and advice, and this interest must be returned. This means engaging with customers, understanding their issues, needs and wants. Questioning, rapport building and communication will be your core strengths, along with a personality that is genuinely people focused.
