Role: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)

Salary: £22,000 (rising to £23,000 after 6 month probation)

Responsibilities:

Managing and monitoring individual and team targets (10) to support the achievement of agreed KPI’s
Ensuring the team deliver the best customer experience within given parameters and frameworks
Managing and monitoring team adherence and compliance to all policies, procedures and guidelines
Monitoring and reviewing team performance, providing effective and timely feedback, implementing corrective actions to bridge any performance gaps
Creating and sharing performance activity reports to appropriate stakeholders
Proactively reviewing processes and procedures to find ways of streamlining and improving effectiveness and efficiencies
Putting continuous improvement as part of team meetings to encourage input from the team on ideas and suggestions
