The Successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of resident enquiries via the telephone, digital and electronically, responding to service requests, and acting proactively to inbound calls from customers with queries.
*Call centre experience (inbound or outbound)
*Good communication skills
*Accuracy and attention to details
*Practical knowledge MS Office packages, mainly Outlook
*Ability to learn new software quickly
