Salary : £18,137.60 per annum (over 25)

£17,056 per annum (21 – 24)

£16,016 per annum (18 – 20)

Hours : 40 Hours per week between Mon-Sun between 8am – 10pm

Training Duration: 3 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Contract: Permanent

Location : Home based

Ww are delighted to be recruiting for a home based Customer Service Advisor for a contact centre client base. Dealing with customer queries, we are looking for strong customer service experience.

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor?

Do you have experience working in a contact centre environment?

Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people
Professional and friendly telephone manner Customer Service experience Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard
PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease
A good consistent typing speed
