JT Recruit are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of my client in Alfreton. The ideal candidate will be IT literate to encompass Microsoft Office applications and Outlook. This role is working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

The Role:

* To answer Incoming calls and emails forwarding to the relevant department, resolve or taking messages.

* To provide excellent customer service across all forms of communication at all times.

* To liaise with various departments to resolve and issues.

* To provide general office support with a variety of administration duties as required

* To maintain a safe and clean reception area in line with company standards

The Candidate:

* Must have excellent communication skills

* Previous Customer Service experience

* Smart and presentable

* The ability to handle high levels of calls

* Good attention to detail
