Your new company
You will be working in the Head Offices of an international retailer as part of their Customer Services team.

Your new role
Your role will be to support and develop the Customer Service team through communication, marketing and administration. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and assisting account managers through administering tenders, processing new accounts onto the system and assisting with customer queries. You will liaise with suppliers to chase product deliveries whilst keeping customers informed, in addition to processing new orders through a CRM system. Your role requires you to assist the marketing team to promote the company’s products by arranging and attending events and exhibitions.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must be quick thinking and have initiative. You will need to have at least 2 years experience within a customer service administration role with the ability to solve problems. You must have proficiency with the MS Office package including Excel.
