This is why we are looking for an exceptional Apprenticeship Coach who will play the role of the tutor/assessor for our colleagues delivering the CMI level 3, Team Leader qualification.
The successful applicant will:
Support the delivery of our CMI Level 3 qualification through to timely completion for our learners
Teach, coach and support our learners throughout the apprenticeship
Ensure the documentation, tracking and recording of learner progress and achievements, ensuring this complies with both internal and external standards and guidelines
Work with learners to ensure that their portfolios and documents are updated regularly and that barriers to progress are effectively identified and monitored
Supporting the wider team to identify opportunities for learner progression and programme development
Experience of delivering recruitment related training to the Level 3 Team Leader standards
Experience of tracking learners to ensure completion of their qualification
Demonstrable experience of prioritising learner engagement and development
Good knowledge and understanding of the adult education industry in relation to a learner and their journey
An understanding of initiatives and requirements surrounding safeguarding, equality and diversity
A relevant qualification in assessing (i.e TAQA, A1 or PTTL’s)
Functional Skills to Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT
