ROLE

Supporting the operations manager you will be responsible for:-

– Managing one of the branches national accounts

– Processing candidate payroll on a weekly basis

– Speaking with candidates, over the phone and face to face, fact finding, recording and passing on information

– Researching recruitment in the local area and passing information

– Obtaining references

– Entering candidate information onto a system, ensuring accuracy at all times

– Ensuring documentation is obtained and recorded for compliance purposes

– Updating social media

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

– Background in recruitment/resourcing

– Previous experience in a busy administration / coordination role

– Very good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

– Able to work independently, taking ownership of processes

– Commercially aware

– Strong written and spoken communication skills

Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Free parking onsite
