This is a brand-new Business Development Manager position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into new logo clients in a variety of corporate verticals. Your target customers will be mid-market corporate companies in size and the technology includes Financial Management tools, Ledger Software, Compliance Software, Payroll Software, Tax Software and dozens of others. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave, working towards ambitious and rewarding revenue targets and with a customer-centric approach and a lucrative and uncapped commission plan.
For this Business Development Manager role, we’re seeking experienced sales candidates who have a demonstrable track record of developing new business opportunities from scratch. You will have a consultative, customer-centric sales style, be very proactive and self-motivated and be able to work autonomously. It would be ideal if you also have experience of selling a Corporate Finance or Accounting Software Solution, so candidates with experience and knowledge of such things as Accountancy Software, Payroll Software, Tax Software, Compliance Software, Ledger Software or general financial management tools would be of interest.
Depending on experience, the package for this Business Development Manager role will be anywhere from £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to double their basic when hitting target… and potentially much more for over achievement.
