Our client, who is a small independent based in Cheltenham, is really feeling the demand so is looking to offer an opportunity to someone who would love to break into this industry and earn while they learn!
They have partnered with the only college within 200 miles of Cheltenham, who specialise in training for the property sector to deliver an Apprenticeship and a qualification at the end of it, that really does have value. All your training will be on the job so you need to be a hands-on, practical learner who wants to get stuck in and progress within the company. As you will be working at the heart of the business you will get first hand exposure of all areas of the company.
You will be working 5 days a week between Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm (you will have 1 day off during this time and Saturday shifts are on a rota basis)
·Working on valuations and viewings
·Dealing with negotiations and offers
·Typing up all of the administration associated with valuations and viewings e.g. Property details
·Drafting documents for clients
·Liaising with solicitors where appropriate
·Attention to detail
