Do you have a background in higher education administrator and experience in an admissions department? If so, you’ll be interested in this role. We are helping a company source a committed individual to work in their busy team as an Admissions Administrator. The position is home working and comes with a salary of £10.75 per hour.

This is a temporary role, starting ASAP and lasting for three months. To succeed in this Admissions Administrator role, you will have previous experience working within a similar environment.

Admissions Administrator responsibilities:

First point of contact for all enquiries by telephone, email or enquiry management system to the Postgraduate Admissions team
Responsible for advising current and prospective applicants on the application process, their offer, fee information, international academic equivalencies and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
Review all academic transcripts and additional documentation uploaded by applicants. Ensuring applicants have met the conditions of their offer of admission
Process Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) to international applicants who have been unconditionally accepted ensuring no exposures to UKVI requirementsTo apply for this Admissions Administrator position, you will require:

Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work independently on own initiative and/or part of a team
Well developed IT Skills: in the use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management and input and bespoke databases
Excellent and accurate keyboard skills
Ability to deal with a high volume of enquires from the general public, academic and administrative staff and current and prospective students
