We are seeking a temporary Administrator on a temp to perm basis to join a friendly and successful company based in Helston

This is a temporary full time opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is a great team player. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team in a modern and welcoming workplace space

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

– Ensuring the accurate processing of orders from clients and general orders

– Obtaining quotations from suppliers via their CRM System

– Quote Customers, closing the sale with the customer

– Speaking with all customers and suppliers in a polite and efficient manner via email and telephone

– Assist in the general duties of an office , answering phones, filing etc.

– An understanding of purchase/sales ledger would be a great advantage but not essential

You must be a self-motivated individual, highly organised and have great attention to detail

IT Literate

Confident Customer Service Telephone Manner

Skills in dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone / email

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday
