There is an opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join us at Radcliffe & Co, a leading provider of Independent Financial Advice. With over 60 years of history, we provide Informed, Impartial and Independent advice to both individual and corporate clients focusing on providing a personal service.
Responsibilities
- To deal efficiently with all day to day telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers
- Update and maintain the firms client database as required
- New business processing and application submission
- Liaise with product providers as and when required
- To work as part of a team alongside the firms advisers to provide clientswith a professional ongoing financial planning experience
Critical Skills
In order to be considered for the role candidates must
- have excellent written and oral communication skills
- be methodical and highly organised
- be computer literate with good typing skills
- have good attention to detail
Qualifications
- none required but must be willing to work towards a regulatory qualification
Experience Required
- previous office administration experience
- previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable but not essential
