There is an opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join us at Radcliffe & Co, a leading provider of Independent Financial Advice. With over 60 years of history, we provide Informed, Impartial and Independent advice to both individual and corporate clients focusing on providing a personal service.

Responsibilities

  • To deal efficiently with all day to day telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers
  • Update and maintain the firms client database as required
  • New business processing and application submission
  • Liaise with product providers as and when required
  • To work as part of a team alongside the firms advisers to provide clientswith a professional ongoing financial planning experience

Critical Skills

In order to be considered for the role candidates must

  • have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • be methodical and highly organised
  • be computer literate with good typing skills
  • have good attention to detail

Qualifications

  • none required but must be willing to work towards a regulatory qualification

Experience Required

  • previous office administration experience
  • previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable but not essential
